They acted on both the purchase of our house in Claygate just over two years ago and its subsequent sale recently. On the recent sale the chain was quite complicated and the sale quite fraught, but Peter and Matthew (Peter particularly) handled all parties with understanding, patience and care...their experience held the chain together and chivied it along at the right times. I can't recommend them highly enough.
